OUTSIDEPOSITIVE

Thank you for letting us know. We're sorry to hear that and hope you recover soon! If you haven't already, please inform your manager and go home.

OUTSIDENEGATIVE

Thank you for submitting your test result.

If you become symptomatic, you should seek testing immediately. Please return to the Employee Screening Tool to report your symptoms and a COVID Scheduling Team member will reach out to help schedule an appointment. You may also seek testing in the community.

SYMPTOMATIC

Based on your responses, you have symptoms that may indicate COVID-19 infection.

If you are on-site: Please isolate yourself from others as much as possible. Ensure you are properly masked, inform your manager, and go home.

If you are off-site: Do not come to work. Please stay at home and inform your manager.

You should seek testing at a local testing site in your community or do an at home rapid antigen test. If you test positive, please return to the COVID-19 Employee Screening Tool to inform us of your positive result as soon as possible.

Employees enrolled in an MSK medical plan are eligible to order over-the-counter COVID-19 tests through the Express Scripts Pharmacy benefit. Click here to learn more.

If you need assistance finding a local testing clinic in your community, please visit Community-Based Testing Sites for COVID-19 on the HHS website to find a testing location near you.

Please consult your primary healthcare provider regarding management of your illness.
